40 Over 40 is an exhibit and a magazine celebrating women over 40
40 Over 40 is an exhibit and a magazine celebrating women over 40: their wisdom, beauty, strength and tenacity, and their stories in their own voices. The exhibit will be in Redding, California, in the first part of the year. The date and location are still being confirmed, and you'll get a personal invitation by email.

Don't worry, you're not alone. Most people feel uncomfortable when a camera points at them. But in this kind of session, you truly don't have to know what to do. That's my job. I'll lead you through every step, and I know all the flattering poses and angles.

First of all, you're beautiful just the way you are. I'll say it again: you're beautiful just the way you are. Sometimes our own minds are the last to be convinced, and that takes some reprogramming. That's exactly why we take these photos now. They're physical evidence, and they give you a chance to fall in love with yourself at this weight and celebrate who you are today. Want another session after you lose weight? We can do that too. P.S. I also know all the tips and tricks for flattering angles.

It's the holidays, I get it. You don't have to be photographed before them, We pick your date together on a call, and you have until the end of February 2027. Black Friday Deluxe is about a half-day commitment, and Black Friday Mini is about an hour or so, all in. If you can't find a date at first, we'll get creative and work it out together.

Everything you need to know
Black Friday is limited to 6 Deluxe and 6 Mini sessions, booked by 11:59pm Pacific on Monday, November 30, 2026, while sessions last. The $1,000 of upgrades applies when you choose a collection at your session (collections start at $1,395), and it has no cash value and can't be combined with other offers. To be included in the 40 Over 40 Exhibit, your session must be photographed by January 10, 2027. Sessions photographed after that are not in the exhibit but still include a ticket to the event, and all Black Friday sessions must be completed by the end of February 2027. Session fees are non-refundable but transferable (see the reschedule and refund terms), and payment plans can be discussed and considered.
